Homeowners are not responsible to pay for low ball claims. We work with your carrier through the entire process to ensure you have all repairs covered only one deductible only one time.

1. Provide us 

Creating the Final Invoice to Home Owner and/or Insurance Carrier

Based on the final settlement, customer down payments, depreciation.

• We will create a final invoice
• We will forward a draft to your company for review
• We will send to customers via Overnight or standard USPS, once approved
• The invoice will:
  • List the completed trades, 
  • The associated original ACV amounts,
  • The specific increases listed per settlement,
  • A formal request for Release of Depreciation and that amount
  • A contact to pickup the funds
  • The final amount due, based on the downpayment, increase, and final RCV
