Q: Does your credit have to be above 700 to get financing?

A: No, I believe it is 640 and above for your score, call for details to be sure

Q: Is it true you only work in Sioux Falls for Financing?

A: No, we can get financing up to $65k, and upto 12 years with approved credit. with payments less than $800, call to get details and standards.

A: No, we work in all areas around Sioux Falls like Tea, SD, Harrisburg, SD, Brandon, SD, even Dakota Dunes and Brookings/Madison SD

Q: Can you upgrade your insurance claim funds with this financing to get an upgraded roof, gutters, or windows?

A: Yes, the majority of our customers do some sort of upgrade, beyond the standard that the insurance pays. 

A: Insurance Claims usually pay like for like, you get the make it better with your funds.

Q:What kind of shingles do you do? 

A: Architectural, Laminate, Class 3 and 4 impact resistance, designer, composite, Wood Shake, Metal, and Flat Roofing (TPO, EPDM, Durolast)

Q:What brands do you sell?  

A: Malarkey, Certainteed, GAF, Owens Corning, Tamco, Metro, Davinci

Q: Do you help upgrade your customers when they have insurance funds? 

A: Yes, many times they want to install IR4 Impact Resistant Shingles.  They get an insurance break forever, and rarely do we ever replace an impact resistant Shingle.  Sometimes they want Solar Vents, or Solar installed on their roof, we have partners.

Q: What is your favorite Shingle?

A:  Certainteed Impact Resistant product NorthGate are my most favorite, they are amazing shingles.

Q: Do you install the Roofing, yourself?

A: No, we have amazing crews  that have installed 1000s of roofs and our customers love them.

Q: Do you have someone onsite that I can work with during my Roof Repair or Replacement?

A: Yes, we have project oversight during your entire project, we ensure 100% quality recovery.

Q: My insurance check is made out to my mortgage company, why? Can you help?

A: Yes,  we have helped home owners get funds released 100s of times, contact us.

Q: Do I need 3 roof bids, my adjuster told me to?

A: No, we work with your adjuster and ensure a full roof replacement, building codes, and claim funds cover your project.

Q: Do you install a complete roof?

A: Yes, we remove shingles, under layment, metals, flashings, pipe boots, roof vents, to the bare wood deck. The we install all new parts.

Q: When do I pay you? 

A: Your ACV check on install day, this includes your deductible.  Once we settle your claim, the we release funds and then you pay that amount.
